No End in Sight for Downtown Dayton Housing Boom

There's no end in sight for the housing boom in Downtown Dayton.
 

The demand for downtown housing continues to increase, and developers are looking for new opportunities to meet the need.

The population downtown has grown by 18 percent in the last 10 years, according to a 2017 study by the Downtown Dayton Partnership. The group launched its Greater Downtown Dayton Plan in 2007, an initiative aimed at promoting economic growth, making downtown Dayton more sustainable, bringing cultural and entertainment amenities to downtown, and developing downtown housing.
