Graphic Arts Lofts

Graphic Arts Lofts is the former Graphic Arts printing building at 130 E Third Street, on the same block as the rest of the Fire Blocks District. The building was built for printing presses, which is why the windows are enormous and the floor plates are open — those bones translate directly into bright, minimal loft apartments.

Apartments here skew to studios around 570 square feet and one-bedroom lofts near 700 square feet, which makes Graphic Arts a practical option for a single resident, a couple downsizing into downtown, or someone commuting to a downtown employer, Sinclair Community College, or the medical campuses nearby.
